I utilized BlueLink IT to completely update and refresh all the hardware and software in my dental office. The whole team was AMAZING. Their hardware recommendations (server, desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, etc.) were on point and the install of industry specific software (transitioning from EagleSoft to OpenDental, Apteryx, and 3D imaging) was so smooth. The team at BlueLink was thorough and knowledgeable in their planning and implementation. An added perk is that they are close to home and aware of some geographical limitations (aka spotty internet locations, etc.) that bigger national companies didn’t even mention in their quotes. BlueLink is priced competitively as well. Perhaps the best part of BlueLink is their people. They are all so patient and calm. I wasn’t expecting that from IT guys having to put up with a non “computer person”. So glad I went with them!!
